Hoshin Self-protection (Introductory course)

This 8 session course provides a basic understanding of the martial and meditative techniques of the Hoshin system. You will learn basic principles of unarmed combat, Chi Kung meditation, seeing and feeling auras and developing intuitive awareness. A manual will be provided and a certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
